Dr. Ulf Schauenburg

Dr. Ulf Schauenburg is the managing partner at FRANK since January 2015, bringing extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions from a previous role at ECE from January 2013 to December 2014. Prior to that, Dr. Schauenburg practiced as a lawyer at Hengeler Mueller from August 2010 to December 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master of Law and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), completed in August 2010, and a 2. Staatsexamen from Bucerius Law School, obtained in February 2006.
