Kim Poulin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in guest relations, marketing, and tourism. Currently serving as a Guest Relations Specialist at Abercrombie & Kent since September 2022, Kim also holds the position of Guest Services Administrative Coordinator at Frank Lloyd Wright Trust. Previous experience includes owning Courante Studio from 2003 to 2022, directing marketing efforts at WICE from 2010 to 2015, and leading tours for The Antiques Diva in Paris from 2010 to 2013. Kim contributed to PlanetEye as The Paris Traveler from 2007 to 2009, focusing on travel writing, and began a career at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Catering Manager in the early 1980s. Kim holds a BBA in Marketing from Saint Mary's College, earned in 1980.
