Andy Paepke

Andy Paepke has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Andy started their career at Madison Area Technical College in 2007 as a Computer Support Specialist, where they provided on-site technical support for staff and students. Andy also filled in at the Help Desk for phone support and walk-ins. During their time there, they diagnosed, resolved, and documented customer problems and requests using call tracking software.

In 2010, Andy joined the Madison Metropolitan School District as a Microcomputer Technician III. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining technology in multiple schools and the district-wide imaging system. Andy also answered the Technical Services Help Line and administered users, computers, and printers through various systems.

At this role, Andy accomplished configuring Google Chrome and Chrome Device Management, as well as implementing an open-source computer imaging solution using Ubuntu Linux and FOG to replace Norton Ghost.

Most recently, in 2019, Andy joined Frank Productions as an IT Manager. Further details about this role are not provided.
