Tonya Fletcher

Tonya Fletcher has extensive experience in human resources and labor compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Consulting and previously as Labor Compliance Manager at FrankCrum since January 2019, Tonya has built a strong foundation in employment practices and employee relations through roles such as Senior Advisor and Employee Relations Consultant at Raymond James from 2011 to January 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Human Capital Consultant at Advantec from 2003 to 2011 and as a Human Resource Manager at BD from 1999 to 2002. Tonya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
