Patrick Bagattini is the Head of Project Management Group Operations at Franke Group, where they lead operations network optimization programs and develop project management excellence. With over 15 years of extensive experience in managing strategic programs and projects, Patrick has a proven track record in leading high-performance teams and optimizing manufacturing processes. Previously, they served as Transition Plant Manager and Manufacturing Project Manager at Franke, overseeing significant factory ramp-ups and relocations. Patrick began their career as an Operation Management Trainee at British American Tobacco, advancing to roles such as Head of Production & Engineering and Quality Assurance Manager. They hold a PMP Certification in Project Management and an HES degree in Electronic Engineering.
