Who we’re looking for:
Accounting degree
Pursuing a CPA
2-3 years’ public accounting experience
Technical knowledge and project management skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A working knowledge of firm products and services
General understanding of market trends

What’s the job?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manages one or more client engagements simultaneously, ensuring overall success of each assignment
Prepares time budgets
Consults with the supervisor, manager, and/or partner on a course of action when unusual circumstances arise
Drafts client reports with supervision
Develops deeper knowledge and skills in technical field
Builds strong working relationships with client management and peer client levels
Performs engagement field work procedures
Advises and coaches staff accountants on work to be performed and sets an example by demonstrating high energy levels and enthusiasm
Works as an effective team member to complete project components and engagement tasks
Performs a detailed review of the staff accountant’s work to ensure quality thoroughness, documentation, and completion of engagement tasks within agreed timeframes
Builds strong team relationship skills
Actively pursues self-development
