Robert Kleist

Robert Kleist is a seasoned professional in the technology and defense sectors, currently serving as Director of Frankenburg Technologies Scandinavia since September 2025. With significant experience at Weibel Scientific from March 2018 to September 2025, Robert held multiple roles, including Vice President of Sales and Head of Surveillance Systems R&D. Prior to this, Robert was Director of VTS/CSS Systems at Kelvin Hughes, overseeing global shore-based systems. Robert's career also includes leadership positions at ProTelevision Technologies, Kelvin Hughes in Asia, and Terma A/S, emphasizing project sales, business development, and technical consultancy across various regions. Early in the career, Robert gained foundational expertise in the Danish Navy and as a Maintenance Engineer, supported by an engineering degree from the Engineering College of Copenhagen.
