John Vandenberg

John Vandenberg is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Franklin.ai since August 2022, John has a strong background in Rust, DevOps, OpenAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Previous roles include Software Development Lead at icetana, Senior Infrastructure Development Software Engineer at Swift Navigation, and Full Stack Engineer at both VIPERdev and Hofly. Additionally, John has contributed as a mentor and program manager within coala Association e.V. and was actively involved with Wikimedia Indonesia. John holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, alongside an Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Southbank Institute of Technology.
