Lan Huang

Lan Huang is a Senior User Experience Researcher at Franklin.ai, with previous experience as a Designer and Researcher at Briarbird & Co and ANZ. Their expertise includes conducting qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and designing prototypes to improve user experience. Lan has a strong background in service design, management consulting, and facilitating product decisions. They hold a MSc in Human-Centred Systems from City, University of London, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Commerce and a Oxford Fintech Programme from the University of Melbourne and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford respectively.
