Dominic Gill

Dominic Gill has a long and varied career in the IT and business development fields. In 1998, they began their career at Monarch Recruitment, where they held the roles of Recruitment Consultant, Sales Manager, and Business Development Director. In 2003, they became Business Development Manager at iCentrum. In 2006, they joined Microsoft UK as the West Midlands Regional Manager and Consultant Apprenticeship Policy Lead. In 2008, they co-founded Intequal, where they served as Co-founder and Managing Director. In 2016, they became Co-Founder of Franklin Apprenticeships LLC, and also took on the role of Trustee at Ufi VocTech Trust, where they later became Board Chair.

Dominic Gill attended Grove Academy, Broughty Ferry, Dundee from 1984 to 1989, and Birmingham City University from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Architecture. In October 2022, they obtained the FT Non-Executive Director Programme - So You Want to be a Non-Executive Director certification from the FT Board Director Programme.
