Matthew Starman

Matthew Starman is an experienced construction estimator currently working at Franklin Building Supply since June 2022, overseeing projects across the western Treasure Valley and parts of Eastern Oregon. Previously, Matthew held various roles in the railroad industry, including Peer Trainer and Conductor/Engineer at Boise Valley Railroad, Assistant Trainmaster at Goose Lake Railway, and conductor positions at multiple rail companies, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and compliance. Matthew has also gained experience as a meter reader at PacifiCorp. Matthew is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University and has a second Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University, along with a technical certificate in Railroad Operations.
