Courtney Congrove

Courtney Congrove is an experienced HR Generalist at the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities since March 2015, with a background in providing individualized support as an Independent Provider for the State of Ohio's Department of Developmental Disabilities from May 2008 to March 2016. Prior to this, Courtney served as Admissions Manager at Aveda Institute Columbus, where responsibilities included managing the Admissions Department and planning recruitment events from July 2012 to March 2015. Additionally, Courtney was a Graduate Assistant and coached the varsity women's basketball team and head junior varsity coach at the University of Rio Grande from July 2011 to June 2012. Courtney holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Rio Grande, earned in 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the same institution, completed in 2011.
