Leonard Fears

Leonard Fears has extensive experience in social work, currently serving as a Service Coordinator at the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities since March 2004. Prior to this role, Leonard held the position of Service Manager at St. Vincent's Family Centers from April 2000 to March 2004. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Youngstown State University, completed in 2000.
