Mike Heifner

Mike Heifner brings over 35 years of experience in developmental disabilities services, currently serving as a Community Engagement Facilitator at the Union County Board of Developmental Disabilities since July 1981. In this role, Mike focuses on creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to engage with the broader community, emphasizing social, recreational, and vocational connections. Additionally, Mike is the Director at Norwich Consulting Services and has been involved with the Elite FC Soccer Club since 2002, where responsibilities include coordinating and coaching youth soccer programs. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and Teaching from Bowling Green State University.
