Jennifer Hale has a diverse work experience in the field of sleep medicine. Jennifer currently serves as the CEO of Sleep Ventures, LLC since 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of Medical Director of Sleep Services at Franklin County Medical Center, Caribou Memorial Hospital, and Madison Memorial Hospital from 2016 onwards. At Madison Memorial Hospital, they were responsible for overseeing and developing sleep medicine services, training the clinical team, and implementing quality improvement measures.

Jennifer then attended Kansas City University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. During their time at Kansas City University, they focused on Sleep Medicine and Family Medicine.

After completing their medical degree, Jennifer Hale joined the Research Family Medicine Residency Program from 2001 to 2004. This program led to their Board Certification in Family Medicine.

In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer obtained their Board Certification in Family Medicine in June 2001 from the American Board of Family Medicine. Jennifer also received a certification in Sleep Medicine from the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in October 2011.
