David Conley

Chief Deputy at Franklin County Sheriff's Office

David Conley has a diverse work experience in law enforcement. David worked at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Sheriff for over 25 years, where they had various assignments in the Corrections, Patrol, and Detective divisions. David then served as the Deputy Director of Operations for the Ohio Department of Public Safety/Investigative Unit, where they supervised operations and obtained a Secret Security Clearance. After that, they joined the Lycurgus Group, LLC as a Vice President and Investigator, specializing in polygraph examination. Currently, they are the Chief Deputy at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

David Conley attended Eastern Gateway Community College from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Law Enforcement. David then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice at Ashland University from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, David Conley obtained certifications as a Certified Polygraph Examiner from the Academy of Polygraph Science in March 2013 and as an Ohio Peace Officer Training Council from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Council in March 1980.
