Raoul Williams possesses extensive law enforcement and instructional experience, currently serving as a Deputy Sheriff at the Franklin County Sheriff's Office since December 2012. Additionally, Raoul has held multiple roles as an instructor at various institutions, including the Missouri Department of Public Safety, Eastern Missouri Police Academy, and Missouri Sheriff Association Training Academy since 2016 and 2018, respectively. Since January 2017, Raoul has provided training on terrorism and weapons of mass destruction for the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Emergency Management Agency. Prior to these roles, Raoul retired in December 2012 from the United States Probation Office, Eastern District of Missouri, after serving as a Senior US Probation Officer in the Special Offender's Unit, where responsibilities included supervising high-profile offenders and developing policies to enhance community safety.
