Daniela Williams serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Franklin Electric since July 2025. Prior to this role, Daniela held various positions at Visteon Corporation from December 2018 to July 2025, including VP People and Culture and Head of HR for the America's Region and Corporate Functions. Daniela has extensive experience in human resources, having previously worked as the Global Human Resources Director at Dura Automotive Systems LLC, and in multiple roles at Aptiv from January 2008 to October 2016, including Global Human Resources Manager and Global Business Manager. Daniela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and has further education from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
