Amanda Hecht

Amanda Hecht, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources - Talent at Franklin Electric, a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of water and fuel management systems, since October 2020. Previously, Amanda held the position of Human Resources Manager at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream from January 2010 to October 2020, where responsibilities included providing HR support for all employees, overseeing recruitment, employee development, and ensuring legal compliance. Amanda began their academic journey at Carroll High School, earning an Academic Honors Diploma, and later completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Purdue University Fort Wayne.
