Jim Tanner

Jim Tanner has extensive experience in the water treatment industry. Jim is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development Commercial & Industrial Water Treatment at Franklin Electric since September 2022. Prior to this, they held several roles at ProMinent Fluid Controls, Inc., including Sales Director of Water Treatment & OEM Division and Business Development Manager. From 2011 to 2021, Jim worked at ProMinent GmbH, where they served as the Director of International Corporate Accounts and International Key Account Manager, among other positions. Jim'scareer also includes a tenure at Siemens Water Technologies, where they held the roles of Director of Aquatics & Industrial | Disinfection Group and Director of Sales Industrial - Aquatic.

Jim Tanner attended MidAmerica Nazarene University from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Jim has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed the Joint Committee Standard 50 certification offered by NSF International, Health Sciences. In 2020, Jim obtained certifications in "Excel: Creating a Basic Dashboard" and "Excel: Tips and Tricks" from LinkedIn. Most recently, in September 2023, they completed the certification course "How to Speak So People Want to Listen" through LinkedIn.
