Russ Fleeger

Russ Fleeger has a diverse work experience in finance and operations. Russ is currently working as CFO, Water Systems at Franklin Electric since October 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Surestep LLC from September 2022 to October 2023. Before that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Transcend Orthotics & Prosthetics from April 2021 to December 2022. Russ also has extensive experience at Zimmer Biomet, where they held various roles such as Group CFO, Vice President Finance, Vice President of integration and strategy for APAC, CFO for Japan & Asia Pacific, Biomet International, Director of Sales Administration at Zimmer Spine, and Treasury Manager.
