Eric Wall

Eric Wall has a diverse work history, starting with their role as a Fire Direction Specialist in the Army National Guard from 1999 to 2005. During this time, they developed skills in precise calculations, communication, people management, and stress management.

Following their military service, Eric joined Franklin Energy in 2002, where they held various roles over the years. These include Energy Engineer I, II, Principal Engineer / Technical Manager, Technology Solutions Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Director of Solutions, and Senior Director of Product Management.

In their most recent position at Franklin Energy, Eric served as the Vice President of Technology Delivery & Support, overseeing the development and support of technology solutions. Throughout their tenure at the company, they demonstrated expertise in managing cross-departmental teams, leading product life cycles, establishing engineering best practices, and overseeing program evaluation. Eric'scontributions to the delivery of energy efficiency programs were significant, and they played a key role in the development and implementation of multiple projects.

Eric Wall obtained their Associates degree in Arts and Science from the University of Wisconsin Fox Valley from 2000 to 2001. From 2001 to 2005, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Eric also holds additional certifications including Certified Energy Manager from the American Energy Engineers, Professional Engineer from the State of Wisconsin, and Qualified Commissioning Process Provider from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
