Harrison Fegley

Harrison Fegley, CEM, is an experienced Program Manager at Franklin Energy since December 2008, overseeing special projects and managing client relationships to ensure the successful implementation of utility energy efficiency programs. With a background in project management, Harrison has effectively coordinated with support teams, managed program budgets, and ensured quality assurance while fostering program goals. Previous roles include Project Manager, Project Analyst, and Energy Advisor, along with an Environmental Engineering Internship at Briggs & Stratton. Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, earned in 2007.
