Jeanna Wicklund

Jeanna Wicklund has a strong background in technology and has worked in various roles throughout their career. Jeanna started their work experience at Patient Care in 2009 as a Database and Report Analyst. In 2011, they joined Franklin Energy as a Database Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Programmer / Analyst. Jeanna continued to grow within the company and became the Systems Technology Lead in 2014 and the Application Development Manager in 2015. Jeanna then served as the Director of Technology from 2018 to 2020 and the Senior Director of Technology from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Jeanna holds the position of Vice President of Technology at Franklin Energy.

Jeanna Wicklund earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from the Lubar College of Business, where they attended from 2001 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Jeanna has obtained several certifications from Salesforce. In 2012, they became a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and in 2014, they became a Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer. Jeanna also has certifications for Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
