Kyle Shannon

Kyle Shannon is an experienced Energy Advisor currently employed at Franklin Energy since July 2018, focusing on energy efficiency programs for Xcel Energy. Demonstrating a commitment to sustainability, Kyle has worked on initiatives that promote energy-efficient practices for builders and underserved communities in Minnesota. Previous roles include Energy Advisor II for Xcel Energy's Multifamily Energy Savings Program and Energy Advisor I for MN Energy Resources, where management of numerous energy retrofitting projects was a key responsibility. A background in energy analysis and field supervision was gained at the Center for Energy and Environment, supplemented by a diverse skill set developed through earlier roles and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Bemidji State University.
