Mike Newman

Mike Newman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy efficiency and commercial operations. Currently serving as Regional Director at Franklin Energy since April 2024, Mike previously held multiple leadership roles at CMC Energy Services from February 2018 to April 2024, including Director of Operations, Director of Commercial Services, and Director of Outreach, where strategic oversight was provided for energy efficiency programs across various states. Prior to CMC, Mike was Director of Outreach at Clean Markets, developing outreach strategies in clean energy markets. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor in Music Recording Technology at Lebanon Valley College and various positions in solar and renewable energy sales and development. Mike holds a B.S. in Music Engineering and Business from Lebanon Valley College and completed the Group Leadership Intensive program in 2014.
