Robert T. Hays

Robert T. Hays is an experienced operations and outreach manager with a strong background in event planning and team leadership. Currently serving as Outreach Manager II at Franklin Energy since July 2021, Robert has successfully managed financial metrics and led cross-functional teams, achieving $1M in kWh savings. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at Wrigley Rooftops, including Director of Operations, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing operations for multiple rooftop properties. Additional experience includes roles in facility management and customer service across different organizations. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Northern Illinois University.
