Ryan Downard

Ryan Downard has extensive experience in real estate and asset management, currently serving as the Manager of Integration and Assets at Franklin Energy since March 2016, where previous roles included Corporate Real Estate Manager and Program Manager. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Senior Property Manager at Renewing Management from October 2013 to February 2016 and as a Property Manager at Picerne Real Estate Group from August 2011 to October 2013. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Indiana University East, obtained between 2011 and 2012.
