Sushma Annareddy

Sushma Annareddy is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Franklin Energy, Sushma has previously held pivotal roles at Hubbell Incorporated as the Head of Engineering in Consumer Analytics Solutions and as Director of Software Engineering for Consumer Engagement. Sushma's career also includes leadership positions at ARRIS, where responsibilities encompassed Chief Product Owner, Enterprise Architect, and Senior Manager of Software Engineering. Additional experience includes roles as Principal Engineer at Auspice Corporation and Senior Software Engineer at Black Ink Systems Corporation. Sushma holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisville and an education from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
