Levi Crouse

Levi Crouse, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at F&M Trust since March 2012, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, wage administration, and compensation equity within the bank. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Officer and Generalist, where Levi managed recruitment processes, employee orientations, and internal union movements, while also developing efficient HR practices. Education includes an MBA and a B.S.B.A. in Human Resources from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, as well as additional training from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
