Prior to this, Phil worked at AmeriServ Financial Bank as a Credit Analyst. Phil holds a Master of Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
