Ben Makepeace

Ben Makepeace is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as Team Lead, Principal Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Consultant at Franklin Fitch since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Hospitality Assistant at Compass Group from January 2017 to April 2019 and at Old Down Estate from May 2014 to January 2019. Additionally, Ben worked as a Camp Counselor and Soccer Instructor at Camp Pocono Trails during the summer of 2018 and as a Gap Student at Toowoomba Grammar School from July 2015 to July 2016, where responsibilities included sports coaching and boarding house duties. Early in the career, Ben served as a Referee for the Gloucestershire Football Association from May 2013 to January 2016. Ben holds a degree from Swansea University, graduated in 2019.
