Doug Reys is the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, HRIS and Training at Franklin International since June 2000. Doug is also an Independent Consultant, serving as the Principal since June 1999. With extensive experience in human resources, Doug was previously the Director of Human Resources at Harrington Services Corp. Doug has a MBA in Organizational Development from Xavier University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management, Human Resources from California Coast University. Additionally, Doug is actively involved in teaching the PHR/SPHR certification prep course at Columbus State and has been a speaker at various national conferences including SHRM and World At Work.
