Brendan McElroy

Brendan McElroy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brendan founded and serves as the CEO of Franklin IQ since October 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Eagle Hill Consulting as a Director from January 2017 to September 2018. Brendan also has experience at Deloitte, where they were a Consulting Manager from February 2010 to December 2016. Brendan began their career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Ground Intelligence Officer from June 2006 to February 2010 and as an Enlisted Marine from December 2003 to May 2006.

Brendan McElroy has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Virginia Tech. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Philosophy from Towson University. Brendan completed their high school education at St. John's College High School. In addition, they hold certifications in Cognos from IBM, Human Capital Strategist (HCS) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
