Judi Hartmann

Judi Hartmann is an experienced underwriter in the residential real estate sector, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Franklin Loan Center since November 2015, focusing on FHA DE, VA SAR, and conventional loans. Prior to this role, Judi worked as a DE Underwriter at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. from May 2011 to October 2015, and has held various positions in financial institutions, including HSS II at Bank of America and Vice President at El Paseo Bank, overseeing loan portfolios and generating significant production in 2008. Judi also served as Vice President and Real Estate Loan Department Manager at Peoples Bank Washington and Peoples Bank of Commerce, where responsibilities included management of loan origination, processing, and underwriting functions. Judi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from California State University, Long Beach.
