Hillary Thompson

Hillary Thompson currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Franklin Park Conservatory since April 2013 and has held the same position at CAPA-Columbus Association for the Performing Arts from July 2015 to April 2024. In this role, Hillary oversees HR functions for seven arts and cultural organizations, including the Columbus Symphony Orchestra and the Contemporary. Prior to these positions, Hillary was the Human Resources Manager at Preferred Living and Skilken, where responsibilities encompassed benefits administration, recruitment, compliance, payroll, and personnel recordkeeping. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at BMD. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and International Business from Ohio University, completed in 2000.
