Melissa Riederer is an experienced educator and facilitator with a strong background in environmental science and education. Currently serving as an Educator at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Melissa delivers diverse educational programs and collaborates with outreach staff to enhance community engagement. As a Global Facilitator for USA Girl Scouts Overseas, Melissa develops training programs for volunteers and participates actively as an alternate National Council Delegate. Additional roles include Master Educator at Leave No Trace Center For Outdoor Ethics, and extensive volunteer work with various Girl Scouts organizations. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Horticultural Science from Cornell University and a Master of Education from University of Essex Online, complementing a solid academic foundation in botany and environmental studies.
