Joe Gruss served as a Captain at the Franklin Police Department from April 1978 to the present. Joe also worked as a Deputy Coroner/Certified Medico-Legal Death Investigator at the Johnson County Coroner's Office from February 2005 to December 2014. Joe Gruss is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and Indiana University Indianapolis.
