Brian Bern is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector with nearly 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Managing Director at Franklin Street since April 2010. In this role, Brian leads the retail leasing teams and specializes in representing restaurants and retailers seeking to expand in Florida. Prior to this, as Senior Director at Franklin Street, Brian focused on retail landlord leasing, tenant representation, and retail development initiatives. Brian’s prior experience includes positions as Director for the West Coast of Florida at Sevell Realty Partners, Associate at CNL Financial Group, and Lease Analyst at OfficeMax. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
