David Perlleshi

David Perlleshi has extensive experience in the real estate industry. David currently serves as the Senior Director of Self-Storage Investment Sales at Franklin Street, a company that offers value-added solutions to meet client needs. Prior to this, they worked as a Self-Storage Advisor at Sands Investment Group, where they facilitated numerous real estate transactions. David also gained significant experience at Houston Street Capital, where they focused on self-storage acquisitions and development. Additionally, David served as a Project Director at InvestRes/Avesta, where they oversaw various aspects of apartment home acquisitions, management, and construction. David began their career as a Summer Intern at Douglas Elliman Property Management, where they gained foundational knowledge and experience in residential real estate management.

David Perlleshi attended Concordia College in Bronxville, NY from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. David also holds additional certifications, including a Real Estate Broker certification from the NC Real Estate Commission in 2021, and Construction Project Management and Property Management certifications from the New York Real Estate Institute in 2012. Before attending Concordia College, David Perlleshi graduated from Eastchester High School.
