Jonathan Barclay

Jonathan Barclay currently serves as Managing Director at Franklin Street, a role held since March 2024. Prior to this position, Jonathan worked at JBM® - Institutional Multifamily Advisors for over a decade, progressing through several roles including Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Director of Transactions, Director of Transactions, and Associate Director from September 2013 to March 2024. Earlier experience includes an Analyst position at Jones Lang LaSalle and a Sales Consultant role at AT&T, where Jonathan focused on inventory management, customer service, marketing strategies, and employee training. Jonathan also held leadership roles during academic tenure at Florida State University, including Senior Class Council President, and gained experience as an intern with the U.S. House of Representatives. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Demography & Population Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & Interdisciplinary Social Science from Florida State University.
