Marshall Durrett

Marshall Durrett is the Managing Director of Franklin Street’s land and investment sales team in Central Texas, and serves as a senior partner in the Austin office since August 2023. In this role, Marshall leads the acquisition and disposition of developable land for various commercial projects, including multifamily, light industrial, mixed-use, and retail developments, as well as suburban land for master planned communities. Prior to Franklin Street, Marshall was the Senior Director of Land Advisory Services at Cushman & Wakefield Austin from October 2014 to August 2023, where Marshall provided comprehensive services for landowners and developers across multiple property types. Marshall’s career began in real estate development from 1999 to 2014, where noteworthy achievements include overseeing the development of over $50 million in infill properties. Marshall holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Master of Science in Land Development from Texas A&M University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the same institution.
