Juzer Tambawalla has extensive work experience in the marketing and sales field. Juzer started their career as a Brand Executive at Business Sense Communiqué India Pvt. Ltd., where they managed key business relationships, launched press campaigns, and conceived public service communication messages. Juzer then worked at Ahmed Oomerbhoy, where they were responsible for managing the marketing function and developing go-to-market strategies for various products.

Later, Juzer joined DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund as a Senior Vice President of Marketing, where they played a crucial role in managing the marketing calendar and directing budget towards quantified marketing efforts. Juzer also led the brand's transformational program towards digital communication.

Currently, Juzer is working at Franklin Templeton India. Juzer has held various roles, including Director of Marketing and Director of Products & Marketing. In their current role as Director - Head of Sales Enablement, Juzer is responsible for developing and executing the long-term strategy for maximizing business value through various initiatives such as product development, marketing, training, and digital strategy.
