Allyson Schneider

Allyson Schneider, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in global talent management with nearly two decades of experience at Franklin Templeton Investments, where currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management. In this role, Allyson leads strategies across talent acquisition, development, organizational development, and more for a major asset management firm. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent Planning and Insights, where Allyson designed enterprise-wide talent management programs, and HR Business Partner, providing strategic support to executives for over 1200 global employees. Earlier experience includes serving as a Training Specialist at AT&T Wireless, contributing to significant cultural change in sales development.
