Anais Faraj

Anais Faraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in institutional client relations and asset management across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Currently serving as Director of Institutional Client Relations at Franklin Templeton since October 2025, Faraj previously held key roles at Western Asset Management, L&G – Asset Management, and Strand Partners Ltd. Notably, Faraj was Managing Director and CEO of TNI Saudi Arabia at The National Investor, in addition to consulting at Piper Jaffray and holding executive positions at Nomura. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Law and Economics from The University of Manchester, a Postgraduate Research in Political Economy from the University of Exeter, and various diplomas in European Law and Economics from multiple institutions. Faraj's career began at Fitch Ratings as a Sovereign Analyst/Economist.
