Chris Rickett, MCIPD, has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2014 until present, Chris has been the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC & EMEA at Franklin Templeton, overseeing employment activities across multiple sites in the UK, Europe, Nordics, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and Australia. In this role, Chris is responsible for senior and executive hiring, as well as coordinating and managing talent acquisition governance, process, and strategic change.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Chris worked at Hudson from 2006 to 2014, starting as a Recruitment Consultant and progressing to the position of Principal Consultant, specializing in Business Change & Transformation. Additionally, Chris worked as a Consultant in Accountancy & Financial Services.

Before Hudson, Chris worked at Pertemps as a Recruitment Consultant from 2005 to 2006, focusing on developing new business within the SME market in Edinburgh and across various industries.

Throughout Chris's career, they have gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and developing effective hiring strategies.

Chris Rickett, MCIPD, graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 1999 with a BA (Hons) degree in Leisure Management. In addition, Chris has obtained a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in 2021.
