Cynthia Ailey has over 28 years of experience at Franklin Templeton, currently serving as the Global Mobility Program Manager, overseeing the Global Mobility program solutions, vendor performance, and the complete lifecycle of global assignments and transfers. Previous roles include Senior Global Mobility Consultant and Global Mobility Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed tax, immigration, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Cynthia began their career at Franklin Templeton as an HR Assistant, later transitioning to roles such as HR Recruiter and Senior Employment Analyst. In addition to their corporate work, Cynthia has been writing as a personal entertainment blogger since 2015, providing commentary and critique on film and television. Cynthia holds a BBA in Marketing & Management from Stetson University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
