David Mann

David Mann is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in capital markets and execution services. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Head of ETF - Capital Markets at Franklin Templeton Investments since March 2016, David previously held the position of Director at BlackRock, where responsibilities included leading the Client Execution Services team for iShares Capital Markets across North America and Latin America from August 2009 to March 2016. Earlier roles included Director at LaBranche Structured Products HK, Ltd., and positions as Project Manager and Development Manager at Comverse. David's educational background includes a BA in Pre-Med and Mathematics from Columbia University and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
