Frederico Sampaio

Frederico Sampaio, CFA, has extensive experience in investment management, currently serving as the Head of Latin America and Chief Investment Officer for Equities at Franklin Templeton since May 2004. Prior roles include Head of Research at Banco BBM for a brief period in 2007, Portfolio Manager at Rio Bravo Investimentos from October 2003 to May 2004, and Investment Manager at PETROS - Fundação Petrobras de Seguridade Social from October 1999 to April 2003. Frederico Sampaio holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, completed between 1991 and 1999.
