Jennifer Ball has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jennifer began their career at Investors Group as a Manager and worked there from 1988 to 1996. Jennifer then joined Fidelity Investments as a VP of Marketing from 1998 to 2005. After that, they moved to Franklin Templeton, where they held multiple roles. Jennifer started as the Senior Vice President of Canada Marketing from 2006 to 2012, then became the SVP of Global Product and Client Marketing from 2012 to 2020. Their most recent role at Franklin Templeton was the Head of US Marketing from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are the Chief Marketing Officer at Franklin Templeton, responsible for developing and implementing global B2B marketing strategy, driving change, and defining positioning and messaging.
Jennifer Ball obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business from the University of Manitoba, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Jennifer also holds additional certifications, including the Series 24 and Series 7, from FINRA institution.
